We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to become a pivotal part of the creative team at PixelCraft Studio in Austin. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will:
- Craft visually stunning and strategically grounded designs for digital platforms, including websites, apps, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of UX designers, content strategists, and developers to deliver holistic and impactful digital experiences.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, acting as the primary visual design lead and client liaison to ensure design objectives are achieved.
- Utilize a variety of design tools and software to create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and animations.
- Conduct visual research and analysis to inform design decisions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and current design trends.
- Develop and maintain visual design documentation (style guides, design templates, and brand guidelines) to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
