Tamara Hill brings over 20 years of experience in interactive design, with 8 of those years being focused on UX design, to her role as Executive Director of UX Strategy for Speck Design. She is a collaborator with our internal team as well as our clients, focusing on the intersection between the customers’ needs and the brand’s mission.
She started her career at the first traditional advertising agency to create an interactive division and built the client services team for CKS Interactive while being a member of the sales and marketing teams. She later expanded her career to the NYC market, applying her knowledge to Luminant Worldwide, the interactive division of Young & Rubican. While there, she focused on building the infrastructure of the organization, teams, and growing the business through sales and marketing efforts.
Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work all over the United States, as well as internationally in Europe, South America, and Russia.
Most recently, she ran the west coast office for the technology driven creative design firm, T-3, working with known brands such as UPS, Capital One, FitBit and The Hyatt Hotels amongst others. She has been a speaker at SXSW, Retail Loco at SXSW, and The Commonwealth Club.
When not at work, she enjoys hiking, surfing, golfing, traveling, and spending time with her kids and dog.
