Katie Peters

I have spent over 25 years in qualitative design research, providing significant breadth and depth of expertise in ethnography, product development, branding, packaging, usability, and messaging research across a wide range of industries.

As Director, Katie helps infuse each client’s product development & innovation process with deep insight into the user experience.  Katie brings over 27 years of design research experience in ethnography, user experience, product development, branding, persona development, web usability and messaging research.  She has worked with a broad range of clients including LinkedIn, PayPal, Intuit, Roku, DocuSign and Apple. Through it all, she has an unquenchable curiosity for what drives consumer & business user experiences.

Katie has a B.A. in Sociology from Haverford College. She spends her down time hiking, cycling, and exploring the national parks with her kids.
