The Project

Vocera has sold over 700,000 Communication Badges since launching in 2002.  Since then, the technology and user expectations have changed drastically.

In exploring the next generation product, Vocera came to Speck Design to help define its key parameters.

Speck Design conducted extensive user research to unearth key user product needs and associated product development opportunities to pursue.
