Vocera has sold over 700,000 Communication Badges since launching in 2002.  But as technology and user expectations began to change, they wanted our help in defining the feature set for the next generation product.

Speck Design conducted extensive user research with nurses, physicians and hospital staff to unearth key user product needs. From the research, we created the experience principles that led to the definition of the next generation.
